Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs incurred by BuilteBikes.com. Once the returned package is received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price, minus the applicable shipping charges.
Please note that these shipping charges apply even if the original order qualified for a free shipping promotion. This policy is in place to offset unnecessary shipping expenses and to help us maintain competitive pricing.
This policy does not apply to packages that appear to have been damaged during transit.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply. Upon receipt of the returned package at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price, less the actual shipping costs incurred.
